Back in October, one of my close friends, Sean Malcolm, aka my Puppy Brother, and former EIC of King Magazine asked me to come on his new podcast "Ask A Dime." His new project highlights women he defines as "dimes" outside of the usual connotation: smart women, entrepreneurs, hustlers and such. I was flattered to make the cut.
In October, we met up in a NYC studio. (I was in sweats. That's how comfortable I was.) He told me he was recording, then started asking me questions. I forgot the tape was rolling, and spoke free, like I would if it was just me and him, like it usually is. Oops.
So, yeah. This is me, unguarded, uncensored and unbothered. If you've ever wondered what I really think about The Thing I Rarely Mention (and whether there's a season 3), the un-fairtytale version of how I paired off with my husband, or what's going on with my next book, Life Is Not A Dress Rehearsal, tune in.
Oh, and Sean, thanks for the opportunity to tell my story. I appreciate you.
