Art Week Miami has at least 20 art fairs going on, along with Art Basel, the most prominent/ best branded. There was no way I was making all 20, so I asked around for suggestions for my “must see” list. Scope, like everyone said. “You have to see Scope.”

So I trekked down Ocean, over to the beach (the closest I got to the water on a very rainy trip). In its 15th year, Scope bills itself as the end all, be all for contemporary artists, and I’m not arguing with them. Scope gets me. It was by far my favorite exhibition, and I can’t wait til they bring the fun to NYC in March 2016.

Because there was so much that I adored, I’ve divided the Scope gallery into two parts. These are the ladies I fell in love with.
